Delta Optical Entry 8x40 Binoculars

There are three models in the Entry series, two with a 50 mm lens diameter and one with a 40 mm lens. The Entry 10x50 and 7x50 models are classic tourist binoculars with universal parameters. The Entry 10x50 model offers a compromise between image detail and brightness, while the Entry 7x50 model produces brighter and less magnified images that are ideal for low light conditions.

The Entry 8x40 binoculars have a smaller size, making them suitable for mountain hiking and other situations where equipment dimensions and weight are important. Despite their smaller size, the Entry 8x40 binoculars have a wide field of view, which is one of the widest among Delta Optical binoculars.

The Entry series binoculars have a more solid construction compared to their prototypes and other popular binoculars in the same price range. The entire body of the binoculars is made of aluminium and has a rubber coating for added comfort.

The lenses are classic achromats with a diameter of either 50 mm or 40 mm and are coated with blue anti-reflection coatings. The binoculars use BaK4 glass prisms, and the ocular bridge is solid and shows no play or tilting under pressure. The binoculars also feature rubber eyecups that can be folded up if needed.
